欧盟27个成员国即将进行最终投票，决定是否要对来自中国的新能源汽车加征至少5年的永久性关税。目前，在是否对中国电动汽车征收关税的问题上，不同的汽车制造商和国家依然存在分歧。近日，亚洲柏林峰会CEO马丁·劳森伯格接受中新网采访时强调，德中间有很多合作机会，各国合作才能共赢，对抗没有未来。
